We reside in Wisconsin, and purchased our Second Home in Florida with the help of Darrick and when we first started the process, he showed us 10 homes on one Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, the first home we selected fell through, but Darrick went to Open Houses and Private Showings and sent us videos of 15 homes in the span of two months, and after another home fell through, we had less than two weeks to get under contract to ensure our timeline stayed on track, and Darrick found our dream Second Home less that three days later. Being over 1300 miles away, and not being able to see the home in person, he kept us informed every step of the way, and was there for us on closing day to ensure everything was ready to go when we got the keys the following day.
